The burning question does size really matter? When it comes to ladies underwear the answer is a resounding yes!
When historically referred to as foundation garments this tells the full story, if the foundations are not right the above layers will not be at their best. Thats why it is important to purchase the correct bra size and style to enhance any body shape.
So lets get to grips with the size of this problem. To find your correct bra size follow this guide.
1 ST Grab your tape measure, feel free to enlist the help of a friend and measure your torso directly under your boobs it does not matter if you use inches or centimetres but dont combine the two!
If the measurement is an even number-lets say you are 30 inches (75cm) then you add 4 inches which will make your bust size 34 inches (85cm).
If you measure and find that you are an odd number say 31 inches (77.5cm) then you add 5 inches so this means you are have a bust size of 36 inches (90cm).
To calculate the all important cup size re-measure around the fullest part of the bust, then subtract the first measurement the bust size from the cup size this will give you the difference.
E.G. 38-34 = 4 whatever the difference is use the chart below to give you your cup size.
